Nymphis was founded in Cluj-Napoca in 2016 by engineers who were frustrated with the gap between what clients were promised and what they actually received. We set out to build a different kind of technology company — one where technical excellence and honest advice were non-negotiable.
Over a decade later, we've grown into a team of specialists serving some of Europe's most demanding technology organisations. We've stayed close to our roots: small enough to care deeply about every engagement, large enough to handle complexity at scale.
Today, AI is reshaping what's possible in software. We've invested heavily in understanding how to apply it properly — not as a buzzword, but as a genuine capability multiplier for the teams and products we support.
